On June 24, Chef Marsh Alkire, butcher at Suerte will prepare a Texas feast. He will focus on slow braising techniques, bbq, summer vegetables, smoke amongst other fun stuff. Desserts will be provided by Raymundo Rios, masa guy at Suerte. We will be serving up some Texas wine and beer.
